I wanted to give my readers an update. I have not published for a while and there is a good reason for it.
We will soon unveiling our new, fully integrated and insanely resources, online Workplace Wellbeing Portal, “The Better Workplaces Project”.
Put simply, any company, no matter how small, can subscribe and access a treasure trove of learning.
The backbone of the program is 52 lessons in Human Wellbeing, Disease Prevention and Thriving. For each of these, I recorded a video, some short and some long. You should have seen my lounge room. It must have looked like a Fox News Studio. Thanks to my great mates Shayne Liddell and Grant Moffitt and their team at
https://www.microhire.com.au/ for providing a brilliant video camera and tripod.
Then each lesson includes audio files that can be listened to on computer or smart phone, and lots of articles and helpful links.
Plus the company receives a set of our brilliant Workplace Mental Health Posters “The Power of Care”, and each fortnight, all users receive a newsletter in their inbox. On top of that, there is a bottomless vault of articles, videos and additional resources on extraordinary range of topics.
You see, I wondered who was catering to small businesses, you know, businesses with less than 40 employees. I realised that there are wellness enthusiasts working in small businesses who would love to inspire and help their workmates. So, on a long run one misty morning, The Better Workplaces Project was born.
Do you know that when I went back through my files, I found over 700 articles I had written since 1999 on Health and Wellbeing. My VA’s in the Philippines have been busily re-formatting them in preparedness for inclusion on the site.
So that is where I have been.
And in case you are wondering, here is what the program will cost businesses. It is very cheap.
When the company makes the purchase, they choose the number of employees they have. Costs are as follows:
Up to 40 Employees $ 250:00
41 – 100 Employees $ 320:00
101 – 200 Employees $ 400:00
201 – 350 Employees $ 475:00
351 – 500 Employees $ 550:00
501 – 1000 Employees $ 895:00
1001 – 2500 Employees $1,695:00
2500 – 5000 Employees $3,295:00
5000 – 10,000 Employees $6,395:00
10,000 – 20,000 Employees $9,995:00
20,000 – 50,000 Employees $19,495:00
50,000 Employees plus $29,995:00
When the company makes the purchase, the company is given a unique code. For example it could simply by A00000001 for the first company and A00000002 for the second and so on. Then employees join the platform as a member and use the company number. Once that company registered the upper limit number of employees, no more can register. Eg. If a company buys the base package, up to 50 employees, then once 50 employees join, they hit their limit and must update to the next highest membership. If an employee leaves, they must cancel that member from the system.
At the end of one year, if the company wishes to continue using the platform, then they can register for a monthly payment via Credit Card or PayPal.
Up to 50 Employees $ 12:50
49 – 100 Employees $ 15:00
101 – 200 Employees $ 17:50
201 – 350 Employees $ 20:00
351 – 500 Employees $ 25:00
501 – 1000 Employees $ 35:00
1001 – 2500 Employees $ 55:00
2500 – 5000 Employees $ 85:00
5000 – 10,000 Employees $150:00
10,000 – 20,000 Employees $295:00
20,000 – 50,000 Employees $495:00
50,000 Employees plus $795:00
Once the minimum content is complete, my Web Developers can finalise our new Website and bring it to life. Stay tuned for the campaign going out on Social Media. I would be delighted if you can share anything you notice.
Then I will get back to writing about issues. My first will be The Voice to Parliament. I have the full 28 page Uluru Statement and am reading through that little by little and contemplating what it really means. We fail to understand written words till we can feel them deeply and connect with the intentions behind the writing.
When finished, I will re-read the Australian Constitution. I will then be writing my views about The Voice.
Following that, there are so many things to explore. I am re-reading “The Real Anthony Fauci” because it is so shocking it is difficult for most people to believe. I have been reading about Dr Fauci for nearly 30 years. I was shocked and angered back in the 90’s about his covert murder of tens of thousands of gay men with his so called wonder drug AZT. I tried to reach out to my LGBT friends back then and they refused to hear about it.
As Mark Twain once wrote, It is easier to fool a man than it is to convince him he has been fooled.”
And of course, I will get my attention back onto the frightening rise of the deluded, idiot Left.
So stay tuned. Thank you again for all your support.
