With many suffering lonely, unfulfilled lives relying on self sabotage/medication to cope.
My own story consists of: drinks, drugs, bad choices, 100 hour work weeks & depression.
It took me years of to achieve inner happiness & fulfilment & now I share it with others over a weekend.
I set up Unguarded Warrior with the sole aim to show men that there is always another way to live our lives.
Our retreats provide a ‘safe space‘ for men to connect, share and learn how to be vulnerable… all whilst being surrounded by good, strong, kind, like-minded men on a similar path.
Now is your time to evolve.
