Early in my Avatar days I was struggling with the stresses of the corporate world and one of our leaders suggested that I include my experience there as part of my spiritual practice. It was great advice and allowed me to transform the whole thing into an experience to aid my evolvement.
The corporate world is also a wonderful place to practice selfless service to others, which is also a sure way to remove stress. The opportunities are everywhere, large and small.
And a big yes to having a spiritual practice. Avatar is by far one of the most powerful.
